STOP UNSUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
The Maui Planning Commission is holding a meeting on February 27, 2024 at 9 AM and will determine whether the H2 development may proceed. Please consider attending the meeting, submitting testimony, or both.
H2R, LLC, is requesting a Special Management Area Use Permit for the proposed H-2 Residential Project, consisting of 53 single-family condominium lots, beach parking, and related infrastructure improvements. Each future individual lot owner will construct a single-family dwelling unit and related accessory buildings located on the same lot, on property approximately 28 acres in size, located along Mākena Alanui and Mākena-Keoneʻōio Roads.
